What is NLP?

Your mind set is one of the most important factors in achieving your health and fitness goals.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming describes the fundamental dynamics between mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) and how their interplay affects our body and behaviour (programming).

NLP gives you the understanding of how you view the world, your map, and gives you the tools to change, adopt or eliminate behaviours, as you desire. This enables you to choose your mental, emotional, and physical states of well-being.

At another level, NLP is about self-discovery, exploring identity and mission. It also provides a framework for understanding and relating to the ‘spiritual’ part of human experience that reaches beyond us as individuals to our family, community and global systems. NLP is not only about competence and excellence; it is about wisdom and vision.

In an NLP coaching session we will discuss and remove any blocks that are preventing you from progressing to the next level either mentally or physically while creating an inspiring vision of how to reach your aspirations.
